This is an antique sterling silver watch fob from England. The intricate watch fob is engraved "SGR" on the cartouche, with an eagle surmounting the crest. The reverse is engraved “Presented by J. G. Shepherd Esquire to S. G. Rogers for Best Batting Average, 1898.” The watch fob was found in England and transformed into a unique necklace by vintage jewelry designers, Intellectual Property. The sterling silver fob hangs on a strand of faceted aquamarine, with a sterling silver toggle.
