Equestrian-Themed Silver Plated Ink Well and Pen Stand on Oak Base, Circa 1890

This is an antique English silver plated ink well and pen stand, dating to circa 1890. The desk set is designed with an equestrian theme, featuring a large horseshoe pen rest. The set also features a cut-glass inkwell with a silver plated jockey hat lid. The horseshoe pen rest can hold up to four pens, with the rests artfully crafted to look like horseshoe nails. The set rests on an oak plinth base.
