Dents Men's Cashmere Lined Leather Gloves with Contrasting Detail

Dents has designed and manufactured fine leather gloves for over 237 years. The company was established by John Dent, master glove maker, in a small wooden house in Wood Street, Worcester, England, in the year 1777. Today, as in the past, the Dent gloves are made in the traditional manner. The leather is still selected, stretched, and bench cut by hand, one pair at a time, then lined and finely stitched, just as it always has been. 

Hairsheep Leather

The leather comes from hairsheep, an animal that grows hair instead of wool. The fine hair leaves no markings, resulting in smooth leather. Favored for its natural strength and elasticity, hairsheep leather is generally acknowledged as the best leather for gloves. Durable and supple, this is an excellent choice for lasting comfort.

Cashmere

A luxury natural fiber from the hair of mountain goats, which is superbly soft, warm and lightweight.

Sizing

1. If you don’t have a flexible measuring tape, wrap a piece of string around your dominant hand at its widest point between the knuckles and the thumb, and mark where the ends meet. We advise you measure your dominant hand as this is normally slightly larger.
2. Lay the string flat on a ruler and measure the length (the circumference of your hand) to find your size.
3. Compare the measurement from the measuring tape or ruler to our conversion chart to find your glove size.
4. If you are between sizes, round down to the nearest half or whole number.
