Star Stamped Leather Wrapped Decanter

Star Stamped Leather Wrapped Decanter

For the friend or loved one with the best bar skills, consider gifting this beautiful decanter. Designed exclusively for the Great Republic, this star-stamped decanter is crafted with an English Saddle Full-grain leather sleeve, wrapped around a 750 ml full-bodied glass bottle. Each decanter includes a solid-brass cap and matching funnel, for a mess-free pour every time. A decanter is more than just a vessel for their favorite bourbon - it's a statement piece that sets the tone for their entire home bar.

Star Stamped Leather Wrapped Rocks Glasses

Pairing a classic rocks glass design with incredibly durable leather, you'll be proud to put this set of Leather Wrapped Rocks Glasses on your bar. Handcrafted in Louisville, Kentucky, the Rocks Glasses boast full-grain leather wraps, constructed with robust stitching and solid brass rivets for a secure hold. The boxed set includes two glasses and star-stamped leather wraps, perfect for holidays gifting!

Small Hand Blown Glass Bowl

Consider gifting this gorgeous, hand-blown glass bowl, made by the artisans of Cleveland Art. Cleveland Art was founded in 1994 by Jason Wein. While working at the family salvage yard as a young man, Wein saw the potential of industrial machinery and surplus being repurposed and recycled as functional design for the home, office and retail setting. For almost 20 years, Cleveland Art has been at the forefront of vintage and recycled industrial design. The glass bowl is clear and organically shaped, capturing light beautifully.

Mammoth Tusk Salad Servers

A gift sure to wow- these stunning salad servers feature real mammoth tusk inlaid on the handles. Mammoth fossils are 150,000 year old natural materials, so the patterns and colors vary, depending on each specimen. As such, no two fossils are the same, and no two server sets will be the same! Uniquely beautiful, functional, and of the highest quality, these servers look like art on the table. Whether gifting (or purchasing for yourself) these servers are a future heirloom to be appreciated for years to come.
The White House Cookbook by F. L. Gillette, Later Printing, 1894

The White House Cookbook by F. L. Gillette, Later Printing, 1894

Written by F. L. Gillette after her many years spent cooking in the White House, this 1894 cookbook is not only a wonderful insight into 19th century cuisine but is still useful today. Gillette first wrote her cookbook during the Cleveland administration, however many of the recipes are traced back to several former First Ladies. The instructional cookbook is divided into numerous sections including Poultry and Game, Soups, Breads, Cakes, and much more. Familiar recipes such as “Maccaroni and Cheese,” “Puff-Ball Doughnuts,” and “Cold Slaw” can be found throughout the book while other recipes may not seem so common today- like “Turtle Soup,” “Squirrel,” and “Sassafras Meade.” This is the perfect gift for party throwers and cooks!

Modern Classic Cocktails

Modern Classic Cocktails

As the title implies, the beautiful hardcover book delivers over sixty recipes for today’s modern classics. These delicious drinks are paired with entertaining backstories from the cocktail revival of the past thirty years by a two-time James Beard Award nominee and New York Times cocktail and spirits writer, Robert Simonson. The Espresso Martini, White Negroni, Death Flip, Old Cuban, Paper Plane, Siesta, and many more, are all included here along with each drink's recipe origin story.

Cowboy Christmas Candle
Cowboy Christmas Candle

For the most wonderful time of the year, Nashville-based candle company Ranger Station wanted to create something that would bring all the nostalgic scents of the holidays together like family. Heavy amber and Montana juniper give classic frankincense a “Ranger edge.” They round it out with just a touch of the whiskey, which they know you’re cracking open once the young’uns go to bed. Break out the eggnog and gather ‘round, y’all: it’s Cowboy Christmas. Perfect for stocking stuffers, or under the tree, it's a new holiday favorite! It’s also a limited edition scent, so best to snag this candle while you can.

“Christmastide: Its History, Festivities and Carols” by William Syndys, Illustrated, 1852.

The perfect read for those looking to incorporate holiday traditions of the past into their own festive end-of-season celebrations, Christmastide is a collection of essays detailing the early traditions of Christmas in England. Author William Syndys explores the earliest Christmas customs, from the monarchy to the landed gentry, all in great detail. He includes 42 carols, 12 printed tunes with music and text, and two plays, “A Mock Play” and “Christmas Play of St. George and the Dragon.” The book is illustrated throughout with hand-colored plates and is beautifully bound in full brown polished calf leather with lovely Christmas-theme holly tooling and gilt titles to the spine.

Symbols of Revolution: Liberty Poles & Caps

The small peaked hat, known as a Liberty Cap or Phrygian Cap, became a symbol of resistance to British rule and taxation among early colonists. Liberty poles were another form of resistance, a large wooden totem erected in a town square or park, where citizens could post grievances against British rule or gather to organize rallies. Liberty poles with various banners were raised in numerous towns to protest the Stamp Act of 1765 and continued to be raised in the Early Republic era to invoke Revolutionary sentiment.
