Offered is a stunning, traditional toast rack from Sheffield, England, circa 1900. The silver plated toast rack is designed with a golfing theme. The rack is made up of crossed golf clubs that rest against a silver base, allowing for sections where toast would be placed. The rack can be easily carried by the top ring handle, which includes a golf ball at the bottom. The rack stands on four feet, modeled to look like golf balls. This unique piece of English history is well maintained; an excellent example of traditional silver tableware.
Very good condition. Minimal wear is visible, besides light tarnish. Well kept and bright silver.
